NO REFUNDS. Race will take place rain or shine!
If you have questions or special requests concerning the race, please contact Bernard Taylor, the Race Director, at taylorb@earthlink.net.
What is the route? Same as last year. There will be maps available or posted at the race. Click here for a map of the route (PDF). Where can I obtain an application? On this website; at the Loma Linda office of Inland Community Bank; from the Lopers club at their Sunday morning meetings and from most sponsors of the race. See above. Will I receive a confirmation when I register? If you register through active.com (Not yet set up. Please check back later) you will receive a confirmation. Otherwise, we will have no mechanism for sending confirmations. Can I get a refund for any reason? There will be no refunds for any reason. The race will go on -- rain or shine. Can I register and pick up my chip and race bib before the race or on race day? You can register and pick up your chip and bib on race day. You may also register and pick up your chip/race bib on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in front of the Loma Linda office of the Inland Community Bank (see above). And you may also register beginning at 6:00 am at the race. We strongly urge you to register in advance and avoid the crowd on race day! Is the race T-Shirt guaranteed? The long-sleeve race t-shirt is guaranteed for those who register in advance by November 6. If available, t-shirts will be provided to late registrants after the race. There should be enough t-shirts available for late registrants, but this cannot be guaranteed. What time should I arrive on race day? At least 1 hour before race time. That means by 6:00 am -- especially if you plan to register on race day. What is the age limit for the Elves Trot? The Elves Trot is for children ages 3 through 6 years. I placed in my age group or earned an overall finisher trophy, but left the race before I could pick it up. How can I get it? To pick up your award after the race, you need to come to Drayson Center on the campus of Loma Linda University in Loma Linda when the Lopers have a regular meeting between 6:30 and 7:30 AM on Sunday mornings. (Check the main Lopers web page for dates we do not meet because of partipation in other events.) We are sorry, but we cannot mail awards not picked up on race day.
