The first column is for those training for the Surf City Marathon on February 1 as well as the San Diego Rock-N-Roll Marathon on May 31. The second column is for those training only for the marathon on May 31, or optional races if applicable. If the second column is blank, the training distance is the same for both groups |

The weekly training recommendations shown for December 7 through February 22 are for those training for the Surf City Marathon. Others should do 45-60 min, 2 times a week. |

Marathon participants should rest and carbo-load three days before a marathon, and do no cross training the week before a marathon. |
|
|
The Lopers will not have a regular Clinic meeting in Riverside or Loma Linda so we can participate in this event. "All Club Run" means we all meet in either Loma Linda or Riverside and the other location is closed. |
|
|
The Lopers banquet will be held at 6 PM in the Wong Kerlee Pavilion on the campus of the Loma Linda University in Loma Linda. |
