All the lopers should meet in the location of the all club-run event (Loma Linda first, then Riverside). The other location will be closed so we can all attend.

The Lopers will not have a regular Clinic meeting in Riverside or Loma Linda so we can participate in this event.

Minimum exercise before race. Carbo-load Thursday - Saturday. No cross training the week before a marathon.

Rest and minimum exercise after race.

Loper Banquet will be taking place at 6PM on February 21 at the Hilton on Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino. More information about the Banquet will be provided later.
